All of our packages are designed as Buffet Service events (2-hour service time). We handle food and buffet line the set up, and serve your guests amazing and authentic Cajun Creole food. Depending on your order some foods may be cooked on site and others back at our home base at Ethel’s. Everything will be served hot (or cold as need be) from chafers on the buffet line. Simply make the selections you would like for your party and we will call you to confirm and discuss the quantities you will need for your size event. Let us take care of everything so you can be a guest and enjoy your own party.

Includes staff. Paper and plastic goods, ice, and drinks can be added.

50-Person Minimum

A 20% Gratuity will be added to all parties

Extra Serving Hour: $2.00 per person

Ethels to provide trash removal for food production

Client responsible for guest accommodations, seating, tables, chairs, tents, ect and trash removal from guests

15 mile radius for events after which additional delivery fees may apply.
